Congratulations to John Roberts!!!

John Roberts and George W. Bush

Congratulations to John Roberts!! Here is hoping that this great lawyer and judge is confirmed to the US Supreme Court. Mr. Roberts is a strict constitutionalist and is generally thought of as a careful, considerate conservative. He is not nearly as bombastic as Antonin Scalia or as divisive as Clarence Thomas but it is of similar mold in terms of his rulings. This appointment should pave the way for a conservative dominated court for the next decade or more.

Here is the agenda that I am looking for from this newly constructed Supreme Court.

  1. The end of Affirmative Action:
As we all now know, racism is a misnomer and it is no longer an aspect in American life. The same goes for sexism. I, hereby, demand the discontinuance of all race or sex based decision-making. There is no place, in a nation that espouses equal rights for all, to have any genetic consideration made for anyone.

  2.
    Partial Birth Abortion
Banning of the disgusting practice of partial-birth abortion:
Most Americans are vehemently opposed to this practice and it should be banned immediately. Partial-Birth abortion is murder and therefore there is no real reason it should be allowed under any circumstances. I, for one, would like to see the overturning of Roe vs. Wade but I do realize that such a touchy issue should not be touched until the permanent Republican majority is well established. Banning partial birth is the first step.

  3. The end of all federal funding for abortions:
I will, for the time being, grudgingly accept this practice, but I call for the end of any type of federal funding for it. I am not sympathetic to the poor, inbred bitch who fucked 10 guys in a month who then got pregnant. I refuse to have my tax dollars spent on poor bitches that are too irresponsible to take precautions before taking another unwrapped cock into their smelly cunts.

  4. The affirmation of state's rights:
If one state wants to have speed limits of 100 and another state wants to have limits of 55, I say them let them have it. The federal government is not responsible for decision making on a micro level. Likewise, if one state wants to ban abortion or gay marriage and another state wants immorality to run wild, I say let them be. If you do not like how your state is being run, we have this little thing called FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT in this great nation. Or you get off your lazy ass and try to influence the political direction of your state by voting or, even better, volunteering for a candidate that stands up for your beliefs.

  5. The return of property rights to the citizens:
My beliefs are that if a private citizen wants to burn his entire yard for the fun of it, he should be able to. I do not care about so-called “wetlands” or historically important sites. If an asshole wants to pave his 50 acres of forest, it is his exclusive right to do so. The government has no right to claim imminent domain in these aforementioned cases. If, for some reason, the constituents of an area are in support of the commandeering of someone's personal property, the government should be forced to pay a 25% premium above the market value. This must be enforced at every level. One of the most critical aspects to a true capitalistic society is property rights and without them, we are no different than China. In communist nations, re-appropriation is common and that is the reason why direct foreign investment lags in these nations.

  6. The recognition of this nation as a Protestant Christian nation:
As you may know, God is mentioned numerous times in our Bill of Rights, Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. While I am not calling for the establishment of a theocratic government, I demand that Christianity is no longer ignored in the name of tolerance. For example, the Ten Commandments are a critically important part of our nation's history and they should be displayed in states where the majority of people support this. If the voters of Alabama want the Ten Commandments on state buildings, it is their right to do so. Likewise, if the voters of California do not, I respect their right to not have it on display. This argument is a continuation of the state's rights agenda that is of paramount importance to me.

  7. The banning of desecration of our flag:
I truly accept that free speech is critical in our nation. I do not feel as if this act is supported by the 1 st Amendment. This belief is shared the vast majority of patriotic conservatives. As far as I am concerned by burning the flag you are renouncing your US citizenship and should be sent to the socialist hell of Canada.

I have other things that I would like to see from our Supreme Court, but overall my main concern is the return of constitutionalism. Liberals, your era is officially over. I would like to personally thank King Bush for this nomination. Once again, when tested he comes up big. We love you W!! Thanks again and check back again when Rehnquist retires for my opinion on W's next appointment.
