THE GREATNESS OF GOVERNOR ARNOLD

This article is titled "The Greatness of Governor Arnold". This article is not devoted to the manly greatness of the great Arnold Schwarzeneggar, it outlines the greatness of Arnold's political leadership as Governor of California. The first thing that we must understand that HE IS THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA. This, in and of itself, is a near-miracle, since California is the last bastion of FDRist (named for king of all American communists, FDR, and for its similarities to Marxism, less the utopian idealism) communism in America. The left may call it liberalism, but I call a spade a spade, any party that supports God-less positions like baby-killing, glorification of immoral behavior (gay marriage, and strung out rock stars), and taxes on everyone who works to provide for the greater good of poor, lazy, oxygen-wasting losers is communist.

The very fact that our idol, Arnold (if he isn't, do an immediate inspection for testicles) is the leader of this God-forsaken place is good enough to warrant celebration. But in typical Arnold style he is taking one step further. He is challenging the status quo in California.

Much has been made of the fiscal disaster that is California and many reasons have been used by sissy liberals to explain this (Enron, etc.) but the reality is that the current pension system is crippling the state budget. First of all, let me explain the Viking outlook on pensions. They are an unacceptable benefit especially when given to worthless, unproductive state workers. No one deserves to be guaranteed anything and a pension assures a state worker that they will have a retirement income to support their penchant for fattening food, Toyota Priuses, and Howard Dean stickers. Arnold has proposed that state workers would be entitled to a generous defined-contribution plan. Let me explain this for you idiots out there. Basically, that means that they will be given a 401(k) plan that provides a good nest-egg for retirement provided you participate and you invest the money in a disciplined manner. What it does not do is obligate the state for a certain benefit level for perpetuity which is the definition of a defined-benefit pension plan. Considering that the state of California has 327,000 employees (are you fucking kidding me??) this shift of responsibility will save California countless millions of dollars (especially considering that the average illiterate state worker will not actually enroll in the 401(k) plan because it involves reading and writing).

The next proposal that Future President Arnold has proposed the end of the tenure system in California schools. This will simply allow the state to monitor student's progress in schools and if the progress does not meet minimum standards, the state would be able to fire teachers and replace them with teachers that want to teach (I know, amazing, a public school teacher who teaches, what a fucking concept). It would also enable districts to withhold automatic pay raises based on length of service. This, of course, is a great idea. No one deserves a pay raise for getting older. All this does is strip away any incentive for teachers to perform well. Of course, if you are a communist dumbocrat, you think that people do things because they like to, which is laughable. The only thing that drives human behavior is incentive and that is a core belief of the Republican party and is a central tenet of Viking thought.

Arnold has also proposed that the constant gerrymandering of legislative districts be stopped. You see in California, the legislators get together and redraw the districts to ensure re-election. This criminal behavior has been the norm in California and most legislators run unopposed which is not a good sign in a supposed two-party system. This will make legislators accountable for their terrible governance and bring real change to the state of California.
